Campaign Analytics uses a number of key social media metrics such as Likes, Shares, and Comments. It also uses sophisticated data mining models to extract positive or negative sentiment from posts or comments to work out what the social media world thinks of your products or campaign.

PERFORMANCE SCORING

Campaign Analytics calculates the overall campaign performance. These calculations are not a black box, they can be tailored by the end user in the UI as required to give different weighting options based on organisational experience.

REPORTING

Reporting can be delivered via dashboards or mobile. Including real-time feeds of “What’s Happening Now”. These can leverage off your existing Cognos investment or be via alternative reporting tools.
